Due to issues with email system blocking communications from Hampshire Ladies Golf the AGM papers are now available below

HLG will be holding our 2023 Annual General Meeting on 12th January 2024. 

The meeting will again be held at Royal Winchester Golf Club at 11:00 on 12th January. Tea & Coffee will be available at 10:30. 

As the online voting was a success over the past years, we are again asking all delegates to exercise their votes prior to the AGM, by completing an online form.  

In addition, we hope to be able to stream the meeting using MS Teams for those who are unable to make the trip in person. More details will be available nearer the date but we do ask you to attend in person if possible as we cannot currently guarantee this will be possible. 

Voting Members : - 

We need Voting Members (Club Delegates) to vote on the following by 5th January at the latest:- 

• Approval of 2022 AGM Record of Decisions 
• Approval of the 2023 Accounts 
• Approval of Auditors for 2024 
• Election of Board members 
  • Election of Finance Director as stated in the Articles of Association of HLG Ltd – Sue Canty. 
• Re-confirmation of Board members 
  • Re-confirmation of County Secretary on an annual basis as stated in the Articles of Association of HLG Ltd – Frances Crummay
